At around 2:30 pm on Tuesday, the Gallatin County Court House was evacuated due to a strong odor inside. The Warsaw Fire and EMS were dispatched to the scene. One woman was complaining of a sore throat and several others had headaches. Fire fighters were unsure what the smell was or where it was coming from. The roof of the court house has been under construction and it is possible that the smell came from a chemical being used on the roof. Workers were allowed to return into the building within a few hours.
