A tractor hauling a tanker wrecked this morning around 0515 at the 64 mile marker south bound. Glencoe Fire Department extracted the driver who needed help getting out. The driver said he dropped off the edge of the road and where the ground was soft he overturned he was hauling sugar. Philip L Parke, 59, from Piqua, OH. Chief Webster applied oxygen and monitored the patient until he was transported to the hospital by Verona EMS for injuries and chest pain and shortness of breath. The last we heard the driver was doing fine. Big Rig One was called in to clean up the scene which took most of the day with both lanes of traffic having to be shut down for short periods of time on and off. The wreck was cleared around 1730 this afternoon.
