This morning divers from Ohio searched the river at HWY 42 and 127.  They were looking for a weapon that had been used in a crime in Ohio and thrown over the wall at the pull off.  The Sheriff’s Department had already recovered one weapon.  The divers had to fight strong currents and debris in the river from the recent rains.  This weapon is important to find because it had been modified, which if found makes it a federal offence.
