At 8:18am Gallatin Fire and EMS were called to the scene of a two car accident in front of Gallatin Steel’s scale house. The first person who called in the wreck said that there was one injury and no entrapments. Then at 8:20am dispatch received another call about the same wreck and this time they were told that there were entrapments. However, that turned out to be false. Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan Morris was the first on the scene at 8:25am and said that the vehicles were off of the roadway. At 8:26am Sheriff’s deputy Brandon Roberts told the fire & EMS units, who were on their way to the scene, that there were no entrapments and that one person was mobilized.  A 37 year old male was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The heavy fog is believed to have played a role in this accident.
