Jason Webb along with two females were arrested today near the LOVES truck stop on HWY 1039 this afternoon at around noon. Jason Webb is currently in the Carroll County Jail on a $15000.00 bond. Jason Webb is the son of Gallatin County Jailer Jerry Webb.

Police say that they found meth and ingredients to make meth in the vehicle. 29 year old Kristian Hall of Dublin Ohio and 24 year old Heather Smith of Cincinnati were in the vehicle as well. Police found a meth lab after a search of Webb’s home near Crystal Lake. We are also told that 47 year old Clayton Walker of Cincinnati was found at Webb’s home and charged him with trafficking meth. Detectives believe Webb made the meth. Hall and Smith were “smurfs.” Agents said “smurfs” visit multiple pharmacies to get the ingredients to make meth. Webb, Hall and Smith are charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and are being held in the Carroll County Detention Center. If convicted, each faces up to 20 years in prison. Walker is being held in the Kenton County Detention Center on the trafficking charge. He faces multiple counts of trafficking in methamphetamine with a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison per count.
